Cap governed spend, tokens, or calls across workspaces, agents, Gateways, pools, models, and tools
A Quota caps governed LLM spend in USD over a daily or monthly window for a workspace, agent, Gateway, pool, or model. Dome rejects or reroutes metered calls when the budget is exhausted.
Refer to Quotas for the enforcement model and subjects. All quota operations use this tool family. All tools require workspace context.

List quotas in the active workspace.

Create a spend, token, or call cap. The subject decides what the cap covers; dimension is usually implied by the subject.

Update a quota's name, limit, window, or enforcement state. Omitted fields stay unchanged. Subject and unit cannot change.
